What we do:

 

Prolamm CC is able to professionally laminate various types of materials using heat and spray lamination

 

process. We are able to optimize the processes and therefore use various methods lamination. We use only

 

solvent, hot melt and water based adhesives that are provided by reputable suppliers. We have laminated

 

poly urethane, poly vinyl, EVA rubber, stitch nonwoven, foam and various other materials. The curing time

 

for our lamination is between 24 hours to 48 hours, depending on material being laminated and adhesive

 

used. 

 Target

 

Prolamm CC has been fortunate to break into different industries. A large portion our clients from the

 

shoe industry. We laminated uppers and insole boards to various types of materials. Some of the other

 

industries we have serviced were the automotive industry and the safety industry. We have laminated PVC

 

to foam for upholstery and padded safety harnessing. We are always looking to be innovative and enter

 

into different industries.
